Eric Ramirez is a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer at adtechnacity since May 2023, previously serving as a Security Researcher at HUMAN from March 2022 to May 2023, where the focus was on Bot Detection for advertising fraud and application integrity. Prior to that, Eric held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Claro RD from February 2016 to March 2022, contributing significantly to the development of a critical customer service portal that improved client response times and reduced training costs.
