Melanie Berger is the Vice President of Communications and Marketing at AdTheorent. Melanie has over 20 years of experience in business development and marketing, with a focus on the healthcare industry.
Berger began their career in 1997 at Harley Ellis Devereaux, where they generated $22 million in annual revenue for healthcare work in the Midwest. Melanie created a Business Development Plan for growth opportunities in new markets, and interfaced with C-suite hospital personnel to explain HarleyEllis Devereaux’s service offerings. In addition, Berger developed niche-marketing programs to brand the firm as experts in specific fields, and created award-winning direct mail campaigns.
In 2007, Berger left Harley Ellis Devereaux to join Parsons, where they served as Business Development Manager. During their time at Parsons, Berger identified and won work in new markets, expanding geographic reach. Melanie also led several large program management pursuits and successfully sold complementary services to diversity the company's offerings, including facility assessment, transition management and decommissioning. In 2013, Melanie Berger left Parsons to join AdTheorent as Vice President of Communications and Marketing.
Melanie Berger has a degree in Journalism from Michigan State University and a Masters Certificate in Healthcare from Central Michigan University. Melanie is also certified from SMPS Washington DC in CPSM.
