The Responsable Team at ADTP is a collaborative group of key leaders overseeing various critical functions within the company. This team ensures efficient payroll management, directs the business unit for electronics design, and leads production, quality, and continuous improvement efforts. Additionally, they manage social enterprise activities for individuals with disabilities, supervise industrial operations within ESAT, and handle purchasing.
