Amanda Rowe

Amanda Rowe is an experienced payroll and human resources professional with a comprehensive background in managing multi-state payroll processes and benefits administration. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Payroll at Adtran since February 2024, Amanda has previously held significant roles including Payroll Manager at Dream Finders Homes, where responsibilities included overseeing payroll for 1,500 employees across 12 states and implementing compliance measures that recovered over $60,000 in payroll tax overpayments. Prior to that, Amanda's experience includes managing payroll and HR functions at Complete Health Partners, accounting and HR roles at 1st America Prescription Drugs, and owning Confetti & Lace. Amanda also contributed to nonprofit leadership as Executive Director at The Haven Battered Women's Shelter and has a foundation in accounting from South Georgia Medical Center. Amanda holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Valdosta State University.
