John Erwin

John Erwin is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in enterprise application solutions and software engineering. Currently serving as the Manager of IT Enterprise Application Solutions at Adtran since June 2003, John is involved in ERP development, configuration, integration, and MES design and maintenance. Prior experience includes roles as a Software Engineer at Perkins Technical Services, where John focused on munitions software solutions, and as a Database Coordinator at Hart & Cooley, where John architected database solutions and developed applications using VBA and MS Access. Earlier roles as a Project Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer provided foundational skills in CNC programming, quality control, and operations design. John holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Athens State University, along with various certifications in Microsoft applications and lean manufacturing.
