John Kasper

John Kasper is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software business operations and finance. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Software Business Operations at Adtran since April 2011, John has played a pivotal role in supporting global sales and managing key customer accounts following significant acquisitions. Prior to Adtran, John worked at Aviat Networks as a Technology/Marketing Finance Partner, where collaboration with executive leadership enhanced product development and increased service sales. Earlier, John contributed to Nortel in various finance roles, focusing on Six Sigma and strategic alliances, driving substantial financial benefits and process improvements. John holds a degree in Economics and Accounting from McMaster University.
