Jonathan Stout

Jonathan Stout is an IT professional with extensive experience in security and administrative roles. Currently serving as an IT Security Administrator at Adtran since May 2022, Jonathan actively monitors security tools to safeguard endpoints and responds to active threats. Previously, at ADVA from July 2019 to May 2022, Jonathan provided daily support for over 250 users, managing hardware and software issues efficiently. Prior to that, at Routematch from July 2017 to July 2019, Jonathan assisted customers with software-related inquiries and escalated complex issues to tier 2 experts. Jonathan holds a Master of Science in Information Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, both from Middle Georgia State University.
