Mark Richard

Mark Richard is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Global Talent and Organizational Development Director at Adtran, Mark leads initiatives aimed at improving organizational effectiveness and shaping the global employee experience. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Human Resources Americas at Adtran, where Mark provided strategic HR support across North America and Latin America, and Manager of Human Resources at ADVA, overseeing HR activities for over 500 employees. Mark has also held positions at Receivable Solutions, PwC, and PricewaterhouseCoopers - Service Delivery Center, where responsibilities included employee experience management, compliance auditing, talent acquisition, and process improvement.
