Michael Shaw

Michael Shaw serves as the Director of Product Management for Subscriber Solutions and Experience (SS&E) at ADTRAN since November 2021, overseeing the portfolio relevance of the Mosaic One SaaS offering. Prior to this, Shaw held the position of Director and Business Manager for Precision Instrumentation Products at NSI-MI Technologies, where a comprehensive business plan was developed to extend product investments into new markets. At DASAN Zhone Solutions, Shaw was Vice President of Marketing and Product Management, responsible for ensuring the market relevance of various broadband solutions. Shaw's earlier roles include Professional Services Business Development Leader at Avaya, where significant year-over-year growth was achieved, and multiple leadership positions at Nortel Networks, focusing on global operations and sales engineering. Shaw began a career in engineering at IBM, specializing in circuit board design. Shaw holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering with Honors from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
