Mike Baker

Mike Baker is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in positions of increasing responsibility, showcasing strong communication, organizational, and system skills. They served as a Senior Business Analyst in Sales Operations at DZSi from 2020 to 2025, where they led the development of key processes for revenue forecasting and automated reporting. Prior to that, Baker worked at Imagine Communications from 2006 to 2020, managing global sales operations reporting and refining sales incentive structures.
