Mike Hoefer graduated from Marquette University in 1982 with a degree in Electrical Engineering. Mike started their career as a Reliability Engineer at Texas Instruments in Johnson City, TN from 1983 to 1986. Later, Mike worked at Motorola - UDS as a Quality Engineer and Quality Manager from 1987 to 1994. Currently, Mike holds the position of Principle Reliability Engineer at ADTRAN since October 2021, after previously working as a Lead Test Engineer at the same company.
