Stephen Sims

Stephen Sims has extensive experience in integrated planning and production management, currently serving as an Integrated Planning Analyst and Business Unit Coordinator at ADTRAN since May 2005. In this role, Stephen manages the AWT integrated cabinet business, which has expanded from a $6 million initial contract to a current value of $12 million, operating across three locations, including ADTRAN Huntsville and two contract manufacturing sites in Kansas and Texas. Prior to this, Stephen was a Senior Production Planner at SCA Tissue North America from March 2003 to May 2005, where responsibilities included developing comprehensive production plans to meet customer satisfaction and forecast targets, while supporting production plans through various corporate meetings and collaborations with key stakeholders.
