ADU4U Limited is a pioneer in building and advocacy for accessory dwelling units (ADUs) in the Metro Denver area. ADUs are known by a variety of names, including carriage house, granny flat, and mother-in-law suite. They are secondary residential structures, usually built on the back of an existing property and used for short-term rentals, long-term rentals, multigenerational living, or other flexible applications. While the concept is not new, recent changes in zoning laws throughout the region have respawned widespread interest in this versatile housing form.
