Ian Strong

Ian Strong is a seasoned Technical Services Engineer with extensive experience in technical roles across various companies. Currently employed at ADVA since February 2020, Ian specializes in installation and commissioning. Prior to this, Ian spent seven years as a Field Engineer at Updata Infrastructure and over 12 years at Level 3 Communications, where responsibilities included fault management and engineer allocation as a European Field Operations Fault Manager. Ian's career began in the Royal Marines, serving as a Royal Marine Commando, where a specialist communications service was provided for 3 Commando Brigade, ensuring secure voice networks worldwide. Education includes attendance at Plymouth City College from 2000 to 2001 and Okehampton College from 1983 to 1990.
