Julian Julian is an experienced Technical Writer with over 15 years in the field, currently employed at ADVA Optical Networking since October 2010, where significant contributions include the development of over 60 user manuals for Optical Ethernet Access products and recognition through multiple awards such as the Spot Award in 2013 and Outstanding Employee Award in 2014. Prior experience includes roles at Ericsson, where Julian worked as an outsourced writer on the Mobile Service Delivery Platform team, and at Microsoft, where user manuals for various feature teams were developed. Julian began the professional journey as a Technical Translator at Createam Software, translating documents related to web-based applications and providing interpretation during SEI-CMMI L3 Appraisal. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from ITU and a Master’s degree in Zoology/Animal Biology from Xiamen University.
