Marcin Kruszynski

Marcin Kruszynski is the Manager of Software at ADVA Optical Networking, where they lead a team of software developers and testers while also serving as a Python and C++ trainer. They have significant experience as a Senior Software Engineer, where they developed new functionalities for Adva's products and conducted technical training. Marcin began their career as a C++ software engineer at Reuters Europe S.A., focusing on maintaining and developing features for the Kondor+ front office system. They are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in computer science, telecommunication, and electronics at Gdańsk University of Technology.
