Vincent Castay

Vincent Castay is an experienced telecommunications professional with over two decades in the industry, currently serving as the Director of Systems Consulting at ADVA since March 2006, leading teams across Northern & Western Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Previously held positions include Senior Manager of Systems Consulting and System Consultant focused on pre-sales activities in EMEA, providing technical consultancy and network design solutions. Prior to ADVA, Vincent worked at Huawei as a Technical Support Manager, overseeing national backbone network projects, and held engineering roles at companies such as Sagem, ONI Systems, and Alcatel, specializing in optical networks and telecommunications systems. Vincent holds a Master of Engineering from IMT Atlantique with a specialization in Telecommunications and Optical Networking.
