Patrick Hope

Patrick Hope has a diverse work experience. Patrick is currently the Executive Director of the Medical Imaging Division at AdvaMed since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Director of the Medical Imaging and Technology Alliance (MITA) starting in 2015. In addition, Patrick served as a Member of the Virginia General Assembly for the Commonwealth of Virginia starting in 2010. Patrick also holds a role as an Adjunct Faculty at Marymount University since 2022. Before that, they worked as an Associate Professor at Johns Hopkins University, Bloomberg School of Public Health, starting in 2005. Patrick has also held positions at the American College of Cardiology as a Senior Director of Legislative Policy from 2007 to 2015, and at the American College of Physicians as a Legislative Counsel from 2001 to 2007.

Patrick Hope has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History/Political Science from St. Mary's University, which they obtained between 1990 and 1993. Patrick then pursued a Master of Arts in Congressional Studies from The Catholic University of America, which they completed between 1994 and 1996. Finally, they attended The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree.
