Rob Payton

Rob Payton currently serves as Director of Human Resources at AdvaMed, where responsibilities include supervising the overall HR function and collaborating with employees to achieve business and strategic objectives. Rob’s career in human resources spans over two decades, beginning as an Administrative Assistant and evolving through roles that emphasize employee benefits and organizational support. Rob holds a Master of Science in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Maryland.
