Advance Development And Science L.L.C. is a UAE-based biotechnology and R&D company developing applied biosolutions for environmental sustainability, food innovation, and industrial biotechnology.

Our work focuses on translating advanced microbiology, fungal biotechnology, and bioprocess development into practical products with real-world impact. ADAS develops science-driven technologies that address two major global priorities: cleaner and more sustainable environmental management, and healthier, more functional food systems.

Our flagship environmental biotechnology product, PetroBiotics, is a microbial bioremediation solution designed to accelerate the degradation of crude oil in marine and coastal environments. The technology uses naturally occurring, hydrocarbon-degrading microorganisms optimized through evolutionary engineering to perform under regional environmental conditions, offering a sustainable alternative to conventional oil spill response methods.

In food biotechnology, ADAS has developed MycoFlour, a new generation of fermented flours produced through controlled fungal fermentation. This platform enhances the nutritional and functional value of staple ingredients by improving protein quality, fiber profile, micronutrient availability, digestibility, and functional metabolite content. The technology also enables natural vitamin D enrichment through photoconversion, creating innovative flour-based ingredients for healthier everyday foods.

Beyond product development, ADAS provides R&D services in microbial screening, fermentation optimization, formulation development, bioprocess design, laboratory setup, biotechnology consulting, and proof-of-concept development for food, environmental, and industrial applications.

ADAS combines scientific rigor, local manufacturing vision, and applied innovation to transform biotechnology into scalable solutions for the UAE and beyond.
