Tiwonge C. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) consulting, currently serving as the CEO and Founder of Yenge Consultancy since September 2018, specializing in enhancing DEI practices in various organizations. Tiwonge also holds a role as a Senior Diversity and Inclusion Consultant at EW Group and has previously contributed as Client Retention Director (Interim) and Sales Consultant within the same organization. As Lead Trainer at the Black Leadership Group, Tiwonge delivers key training initiatives, including the Anti-Racist Wales Action Plan.
