Advance Housing is a community based not-for-profit organisation located in Albany, Western Australia. For almost 30 years Advance Housing been providing affordable housing assistance across the Great Southern region, and believe in creating high functioning, vibrant communities.

Advance Housing is committed to providing well maintained homes of a high standard that improve our tenants' quality of life. Since our establishment in 1997 as Great Southern Community Housing we've earned a respected reputation as a reliable provider of social housing, student accommodation, and housing for special needs – and now manage over 400 properties that provide safe and comfortable housing for hundreds of people within the community.

Advance Housing's aim is to continue to increase the choice of affordable housing options in the Great Southern region through collaborative partnerships, innovation and growth strategies.
