Advanced Administrations provides remote administrative support. This is a real person within the US working directly with you to ensure the backend of your business is operating smoothly and efficiently to help you get your business to the next level.

You don’t have to lease an office space, provide office equipment, or workers compensation or benefits or deal with payroll taxes. You get to start working more ON your business instead of IN your business as you begin delegating those tasks that are consuming valuable work hours. Your admin is available to you for any and all immediate communication needed during your set business hours. Responsibilities might include, but are not limited to: 

• Managing all incoming calls, texts, and emails
• Documenting all client/lead interactions within your company's CRM/Helping your company establish a necessary CRM if you don't already have one
• Creating and sending proposals
• Setting up estimate follow-up procedures
• Scheduling appointments and jobs
• Posting and monitoring activity across all social media platforms
• Making outbound calls, following up with clients/leads as needed
• Light bookkeeping such as billing, invoicing, and payroll (this includes following up on past due invoices)
