Advanced Assembly Solutions (AAS) was established in 2024 following the closure of Eurotech’s Poole site. Building upon a successful department started in 2013, we acquired the equipment, staff and all the many years of knowledge and transferred to a new facility. 

With over 35 years within the electronic manufacturing and the PCB manufacturing industries, we are able to assist our customers across various manufacturing stages of their product and ensure it is ready to go into full scale production. We understand how important this prototype stage is for our customers and that’s why we make ourselves completely flexible. During manufacture you are welcome to amend any part of the manufacturing process, track modifications, and components changes. 

Our production capabilities cover a wide range of manufacturing applications from through hole, surface mount, final product assembly/box builds, beading & encapsulation, conformal coat, wiring, test and repair. Our experience allows us to confidently work with many PCB types such as rigid, flex-rigid, flex, metal back and ceramic. In addition, we also offer both lead and lead-free/RoHS compliant assembly.

AAS are the leading specialists in Pinflex assembly. Pinflex is a well-established technology that is used in many aerospace applications around the globe.
