Cale Ginbey

Cale Ginbey serves as the Head of Operations & Engineering at Advanced Braking Technology since April 2024, bringing a wealth of experience in operational leadership and project management from previous roles at BHP, where responsibilities included BOS Lead for Warehouse Inventory & Logistics Operations Australia and Principal Improvement for the BHP Operating System. Prior to that, Cale held several positions at Rio Tinto, including Superintendent Projects and Superintendent Business Services & Strategy at Ports Dampier. Additional experience includes work as a Shipping Agency Operator at Wilhelmsen Ships Service Pty Limited, Process Improvement Manager at Schenck Process Australia, and Business Improvement Specialist at Rio Tinto. Cale holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Marketing and Public Relations from Curtin University, as well as a Bachelor of Computer Science from The University of Western Australia.
