Albert Steed

Albert Steed has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Albert began their career in Charter Communications as a Network Technician, where they successfully developed and launched a regional cable modem service. Albert also provided expert support for point-to-point T-1 and Docsis 1.0 cable modem customers.

In 2000, they joined Ironkeep Technologies as a Partner and led a team that provided IT solutions to businesses. These solutions included communications, disaster recovery, web, IT infrastructure, and NOC services.

In 2010, Albert became the President of Advanced Computer Solutions, where they oversaw the sales and strategic direction of the company. ACS offered managed IT services, compliance auditing and consulting, as well as IT security projects.

In 2019, Albert launched MiPhone.Solutions to help businesses struggling with outdated or incorrect phone solutions.

Currently, Albert is the President of Remote Work Made Simple, guiding business leaders to regain productivity lost due to the pandemic.

Albert Steed attended Northwestern Michigan College from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained an Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Administration. Following this, they pursued further education at Ferris State University from 2003 to 2005, earning a Bachelor's degree in Business.
