Andy Hetrick began their work experience in 2002 as an Electronics Engineer at the US Army Night Vision and Electronic Sensors Directorate. Andy held this role until 2006. In 2008, Andy joined General Dynamics Robotic Systems as a Software Engineer, staying with the company until 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Robotics Engineer at the National Robotics Engineering Center. Currently, Andy is employed at Advanced Construction Robotics as a Robotics Engineer, starting in 2017.
Andy Hetrick has a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah, which they completed in 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University in 2002.
