Danielle Bates

Danielle Bates has a diverse work experience in the IT and banking industry. Danielle started their career at Heartland Bank in 2011 as a Client Service Representative, then transitioned to a Desktop Support Technician, and later became a Technical Support Specialist. In 2015, they worked as an Application Developer at JPMorgan Chase & Co. From 2016 to 2020, Danielle worked at Heartland Bank as a System and Security Administrator. Currently, they are employed at Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. as an Information Technology Security Engineer, and recently transitioned to the role of Lead IT Security Engineer in 2023.

Danielle Bates earned their Associate of Science degree in Computer Science from Franklin University in 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's of Science degree in Mathematics from McKendree University in 2011.
