Jared Besson

Jared Besson is a Lead Mechanical Engineer at Advanced Energy since May 2016, where responsibilities include utilizing SolidWorks for designing prototypes of impedance matching radio frequency networks and managing junior engineers. Besson's previous roles at Advanced Energy include Senior Engineer and Mechanical Engineer II, during which recognition as Q1 2020 Star Performer was achieved. Earlier, Besson worked at Moffet Data Inc. as an Independent Contractor, focusing on the design and development of robotic end effectors and managing project progress and design reviews. Besson also has extensive experience in management from the role of Senior Area Manager at Gilroy Gardens Family Theme Park, overseeing admissions and cash control departments with a focus on employee motivation and budget management. Besson holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from San José State University.
