Eric H.

Eric H. has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Eric co-founded ADVANCEDgg in 2018 and held the roles of Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer. At Tracker Network LLC, they worked as an Esports Contractor from 2017 to 2020, where they managed online esports operations and production for FortniteTracker.com and DestinyTracker.com.

In 2018, Eric joined Game Roster as the Marketing Director, where they developed and implemented brand and marketing strategies for new and existing services. Eric also oversaw campaigns, influencer relations, events, digital marketing, and PR. Prior to that, they co-founded Solid Esports LLC in 2015 and served as the Co-Founder/CMO until 2019.

Eric's experience also includes working as an Esports Contractor at Scuf Gaming, where they produced a professional-quality DestinyTheGame tournament for their booth at Guardian Con 2018. Additionally, they worked as an Assistant to the VP of Production at Worth New York from 2014 to 2017.

Before their venture into the esports and marketing industry, Eric worked in finance as a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual. Eric also had a role as a Financial Representative Intern, where they gained experience in financial analysis and client consultation.

In terms of their education, Eric served as the President of Mu Kappa Tau, a nationally recognized Marketing Honor Society, in 2012. Eric received the scholarship Platinum Level Award for their commitment to the principles and academic achievement in the marketing profession.

Early in their career, Eric worked as a Contractor at Crawford Home Improvements and as a Sales Associate at Lowe's Home Improvement, where they handled various responsibilities such as selling flooring materials, managing subcontracted flooring installation invoices, and selling power tools and miscellaneous items in the Hardware/Tools department.

Eric H. attended Shore Regional High School from 2000 to 2004. Eric then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Marketing, Professional Sales, and Spanish at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 2008 to 2013.
