Customer Service Representative at Advanced HPC

Adan Nuno has over 20 years of work experience. From 1999 to 2001, they were a Materials Analyst at DeepSea Power & Light where they were responsible for all phases of inventory/material control, supporting the purchasing department with material-related issues, and shipping & receiving. From 2001 to 2003, they were a Computer Technician and RMA Technician at Merge Healthcare, DR Systems. In their role as Computer Technician, they worked closely with Project Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, and various technical departments to help provide company products that met manufacturing and engineering specifications. Adan also installed and configured multiple OS platform PC workstations and tested and verified functionality of all new site and add-on computer products prior to shipping. As RMA Technician, they built and troubleshot service replacements for Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) infrastructure and met all Service Level Agreements (SLA). Most recently, they have been a Customer Service Representative at Advanced HPC.

Adan Nuno attended Glendale Community College from 1978 to 1979, studying General Studies. Adan then attended Los Angeles City College from 1980 to 1981.
