John Durst

John Durst has extensive work experience in the manufacturing industry. John started their career at AB Dick Co in 1987 as an Operations Manager, overseeing various departments in the manufacturing process. During their tenure, they implemented new operating systems and Lean/Kan Ban concepts, resulting in significant inventory reduction and improved productivity. John also conducted annual inventory with high accuracy. In 2005, they joined Advanced Interconnect Mfg. as an Operations Manager and later became the President in 2011.
