Advanced Labelworx, Inc. (“ALI”) was formed in 1998 upon the merger of Tag & Label Corporation (“TLC”) and Tennessee Tape & Label Corporation (“TTL”). Both companies were founded in the late 1960s and each specialized in providing technical solutions.
