Advanced Materials Technology

Eric Schultz is a Chemical Engineer with a background in quality systems and process engineering. They served as a Quality Systems Leader and held several engineering roles at DuPont from 2016 to 2021, where they were responsible for polymer output and led initiatives to improve product quality using statistical process control and six sigma methodologies. Additionally, Eric was involved in significant capital projects and implemented automation strategies to enhance chemical reactor systems. Currently, they are the Engineering & Quality Manager at Advanced Materials Technology, starting in 2024. Eric has also completed field work with the Army Corps of Engineers in 2013 and interned as an Improvement Engineer at The Dow Chemical Company. They earned a degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania in 2016.
