Abid K.

Abid K. is an experienced Software Engineer currently serving as a Senior Member of Technical Staff in the AI Group at AMD, where they specialize in software and hardware acceleration for machine learning and computer vision applications. Previously, Abid held various positions at Xilinx, where they contributed to FPGA solutions and compiler optimizations, and engaged in internships during their academic journey that focused on integrating OpenCV with Python. Abid holds a Master of Technology in VLSI Design from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the College of Engineering, Trivandrum.
