Atul Kumar is a Design Verification Leader at AMD, specializing in IP, subsystem, and SoC verification with over 19 years of experience in the field. In their current role, Atul leads the design verification team for GDDR7 and HBM PHY IP. Previous positions include serving as a Senior Staff Engineer at Samsung Semiconductor India Research, where they managed the SoC verification team, and as a Design Verification Manager at Intel Corporation, where they led a team in verifying DDR-PHY IP for multiple SoCs. Atul holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication from the College of Engineering Roorkee and a Master's degree in Microelectronics from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
