Bo Yang

Bo Yang has extensive experience in memory testing and firmware development, beginning with a role as an Application Engineer at Teradyne Nextest, where evaluation of the Magnum EPIC high-speed memory tester for DDR4 and LPDDR4 was conducted. Subsequently, at AMD, Bo served as an SMTS DDR Firmware Engineer, focusing on GDDR6 Memory Controller firmware development, while also holding an internship position in the same role. Prior experience includes a position as a Staff Hardware Engineer at Google, alongside a tenure at Micron Technology as a DRAM Staff Applications Engineer, providing design-in support and debugging for LPDDR4 customers, as well as serving as a Senior DRAM Test Engineer, where responsibilities included DRAM core testing, failure analysis, and development of test algorithms and solutions.
