CH Sim

CH Sim is a Senior Manager Product Development Engineer at AMD, where they spearhead the technical team for AMD Server and established the Penang thermal mechanical site for the EPYC 8000 series. With two decades of experience in thermal mechanical design in the semiconductor industry, CH has collaborated with IoT, Server, and Automotive clients, guiding products through their entire life cycle. Previously, CH held roles at Intel Corporation, including Arch Thermal Mechanical System Engineer and Senior Thermal Mechanical Application Engineer, where they trained engineers and developed thermal solutions for embedded systems. CH earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University.
