Donglin Wei

Donglin Wei is a seasoned manager with over two decades of experience in graphics driver development and optimization. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of the OpenGL/Vulkan Driver Team at AMD since June 2011, Donglin Wei has focused on building a high-performing team dedicated to developing cross-API/OS/ASIC infrastructure and optimizing Vulkan and OpenGL drivers for AMD GPUs. Prior to AMD, from July 2002 to June 2011, Donglin Wei managed the D3D Driver Team at S3 Graphics, where responsibilities included architecting Direct3D drivers and creating in-house graphics tools to enhance driver performance and customer support. Donglin Wei holds a degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, earned between 1999 and 2002.
