Hank Bruning

Hank Bruning is currently a Principal Member of the Technical Staff at AMD, following their role as Firmware Architect at ZT Systems, which was acquired by AMD. With 20 years of experience, Bruning has designed firmware and hardware for CPU, GPU, and HPC systems, contributing to numerous standards committees like PICMG, OCP, and SOSA. They founded JBlade LLC, leading a team in developing data center management applications, and also held positions at Philips and Bristol-Myers Squibb, focusing on software engineering and technology management. Bruning holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a focus on Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.
