Hering

Frank Hering is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in hardware design and management. Currently serving as Director at AMD since March 2011, Frank has previously held roles at Advanced Micro Devices as PMTS - Chip Lead from March 2007 to March 2011, and as Engineering Manager at ATI from 1998 to 2007. Prior to these positions, Frank worked at Digital Equipment Corporation for nearly 16 years as a Principal Hardware Engineer. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, earned between 1978 and 1982.
