Hoss Hakimi

Hoss Hakimi is an experienced engineer specializing in ASIC/SOC design and high-speed SerDes development. Currently serving as ASIC/SOC Principal Engineer and Lead Analog/Mixed Signal Engineer at AMD, Hoss Hakimi is involved in cutting-edge technology development, including UCIe, PCIEx, LPDDRx, and DDRx. Prior to this role, Hoss Hakimi worked at Intel Corporation as an ASIC/SOC Principal Design Engineering Lead, focusing on high-speed wireline SerDes IP development. Hoss Hakimi has also held significant positions at AMD, Apple, Xilinx, AMCC, Teranetics, and Pathscale-Qlogic, with responsibilities ranging from hardware validation management to device packaging oversight. Hoss Hakimi holds a BS/MS degree in Electrical Engineering from San Jose State University.
