John Echard

John Echard is an experienced program manager with a strong background in managing software and technical programs across various industries, including automotive, PC, and audio applications. Currently serving as a Program Manager at AMD since August 2025, John previously held leadership roles at Cirrus Logic, where management of a Software Program Management Organization was key, and SiFive, where coordination of IP release trains was emphasized. Prior experiences at Arm included managing design productivity programs, while John also co-managed the PMO at Halliburton, leading multiple embedded electronics programs globally. A career at Texas Instruments showcased skills in silicon IP management and team supervision, highlighted by a promotion to Director of Software Program Management. John holds both an MSEE and a BSEE from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
