John Hebert

John Hebert is an experienced Silicon Design Engineer currently working at AMD since July 2022, focusing on bringing data center accelerator cards to market and troubleshooting initial designs. Prior to this role, John worked at II-VI Aerospace & Defense as an Engineering Tech IV, where fabrication and troubleshooting of electronic, mechanical, and optical subsystems for targeting systems were key responsibilities. Additional roles included Engineering Support Technician at Micron Technology, Test Engineer at Advanced Energy, and L3 Technical Support Engineer at Seagate Technology, among others. John holds a Post Graduate professional certification in Embedded Computer Engineering from UC San Diego and possesses a diverse educational background with degrees in Project Management and Electronic Engineering Technology, complemented by achievements as an Eagle Scout and a 1st Dan Black Belt in Taekwondo.
