John Traver

John Traver is a Principal Member of Technical Staff at AMD, where they excel at learning hardware and firmware architectures and translating them into effective firmware designs. Previously, they worked as a Lead Software Design Engineer at Micron Technology, responsible for understanding and translating firmware and hardware architectures into designs. John began their career as a Software Engineer at Intel Corporation and also gained experience as an IT Service Agent at Brigham Young University and as a manager at Marie Callenders. They hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Brigham Young University.
