Lesa's career began at Motorola as HR Manager and included work as HR Leader for YUM! Brands - Pizza Hut. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Rochester.
