Luc Chen

Luc Chen is a tri-qualified legal counsel with qualifications in Taiwan, China, and New York, and possesses over 15 years of experience in corporate legal and government relations. They currently serve as a Senior Corporate Counsel at AMD and previously held the position of Senior Legal Counsel at MediaTek from 2017 to 2025, as well as Senior Associate at TSAR & TSAI LAW FIRM from 2013 to 2017. Luc's legal career began as a Legal Intern at Wenfei Attorneys-at-Law in 2008, followed by an Associate role at Chen & Lin Law Firm from 2010 to 2012. They hold multiple legal degrees, including a Master's from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, and a Bachelor's in Law from 國立臺灣大學.
