Michael Mateja

Michael Mateja is currently the ATPG Manager Server Products at AMD, where they oversee design management for semi-custom design products. With extensive experience in DFT and engineering, Michael held previous roles at major companies including Motorola, Mentor Graphics, and Conexant. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and have over nine years of experience managing engineering teams. Michael has contributed to advancements in semi-custom programs and defect detection methodologies throughout their career.
