Michael Monahan

Michael Monahan is a seasoned Program Manager, specializing in regulatory compliance for GPU server hardware with over 18 years of experience in telecom and AI infrastructure. They began their career at Nokia Bell Labs, conducting electromagnetic compatibility testing before progressing to a Senior Compliance Engineer role at Crestron Electronics, where they led in-house EMC testing and collaborated closely with various teams. Currently at AMD, following its acquisition of ZT Systems, Michael coordinates compliance activities to ensure timely product launches in the AI space. They are also a candidate for a Master's in Artificial Intelligence Management and Policy at Purdue University, aiming to enhance their understanding of responsible AI deployment.
