Michael Wang

Michael Wang is a Senior Member of Technical Staff at AMD, specializing in signal integrity with over 19 years of experience in high-speed signal and power integrity analysis for silicon, package, and PCB designs. They have previously held positions at Broadcom, Intel, and Marvell Technology, where they developed simulation flows and guidelines for various high-speed interfaces. Michael's technical expertise includes extensive simulation of SI and PI performances using a variety of tools, and they hold four US patents related to high-speed SERDES circuit design and testing. They earned both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.
